1. Printify Merchandise (Clothing & Accessories)

Our merchandise, including hoodies, shirts, and accessories, is made-to-order through Printify. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please review the size charts carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Replacements Are Accepted If:

  • You receive a defective or damaged product.
  • There is a misprint or fulfillment error (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

How to Request a Replacement:

  • Provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

2. Sex Toys & Intimate Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sex toy sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds or Replacements Are Available If:

  • The product arrives defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error.

3. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as Printify items go into production quickly.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service for assistance.
